Bolo de Farinha de Milho (Cake of Corn Flour)


– 1 soup spoon of butter
– 2 soup spoons of sugar
– 2 eggs
– 1 tea spoon of milk
– ½ cup of corn flour
– 1,25 cups of wheat flour
– 3 tea spoons of baking powder
1- Mix the flours with the baking powder and a pinch of salt and sift it.
2- Churn the butter with the sugar, add the eggs and then the milk and the flour. Take it to the kiln and when it’s ready serve it sliced with butter.
