Ingredients:
– 1 kg of prawn
– lemon juice
– salt
– butter
– olive oil
– 5 garlics
– parsley
– chili
– 1 glass of beer
1- Prepare the prawns and spice with lemon juice and salt for 10 minutes.
2- Put them in a recipient with butter, olive oil, chopped parsley, smashed garlic cloves, chili and the beer. Roast for 20 minutes in 180ºC.
