– 1,5 kg of chopped goatling meat
– 1 onion
– 4 garlic cloves
– 100g of salami
– olive oil
– red wine
– 1 laurel leaf
1- Fry the chopped onion and garlic cloves with the olive oil and add a bit of red wine and let it cook in low heat for ~5 min. Grind everything in the blender (get a good one that’s right for the work) and cook in low heat again.
2- Add the chopped salami and the previously seasoned goatling with salt and pepper. Add red wine again, cover the pan and let cook in low heat for 10-15 min.
3- Serve with mashed potatoes and a good red wine. Bom apetite!
