Fritos de Banana (Fried Banana)

Ingredients:

– bananas
– vegetable oil
– cinnamon
– sugar
1- Put a frying pan on the heat with oil. Peel the bananas and chop them.
2- When the oil is hot enough add the bananas and fry them until darken. Don’t forget to turn them over.
3- When it’s finished put the bananas on a dish and sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar and serve.
