Lagosta com Amendoim (Lobster w/ Peanut)


– 1 kg of lobster
– 1 dl of olive oil
– 300 gr of peanut
– 1 mature tomato
– 2 onions
– 2 garlic cloves
– 5 dl of water
– chili to taste
– salt to taste
1- Cut the lobster into slices and spice with salt and chili.
2- In a pan, fry the chopped onion and garlic cloves on olive oil until golden. Add the lobster slices and fry for a couple of minutes.
3- Smash the peanut as much as possible. Mix it with the chopped tomato (without peel and seeds). Add water, mix all and take the water with a ironer.
4- Add the water you staunched and put it over the lobster. Try and rectify the spices. Cover the pan and let it cook for a bit more. Serve with white rice.
