– 1 chicken
– 1 onion
– 3,5 dl of milk
– 3 garlic cloves
– 250 gr of mango cut into pieces
– chilli to taste
– salt to taste
– 1 dl of olive oil
1- In a pan, fry the chicken cut into pieces, the chopped onion and the chopped garlic cloves.
2- When the chicken loses its raw color, add the milk and the mango pieces.
3- Spice it with chilli and salt.
4- Cover the pan and let it cook until it’s ready and serve it with white rice. Bom apetite!
