Quindim (Egg Pudding with Coconut)

Ingredients:


– 1,5 cups of white sugar
– 1 cup of grated fresh coconut
– ½ cup of butter
– 3 eggs
– 9 yolks
– 2 soup spoons of milk

1 – Melt the butter without frying.

2 – Mix the eggs and the yolks with the sugar and stir. 
                                                              
3 – Add the butter, the coconut and the milk, always stiring.

4 – Grease the cake mold and put the cake dough into it.

5 – Cook in a bain-marie in the oven at 180ºC for about 30 minutes and serve.
