Prepare the meat cutting into strips. In a pan, fry the chopped onion on butter until golden. Add the meat already spiced with salt and black pepper until golden.
Prepare the mushrooms and cut into slices. Add to the meat. Wait one minute and add a bit of brandy. Let it heat and flambé the meat. Add the worcestershire sauce, mustard and ketchup and stir it. Add the cream and mixture with the rest of the ingredients. Don't let the cream boil and serve with white rice and french fries.
